Tend to your relationships
Couples therapy is about getting to the heart of what’s going on by creating a space where each partner is seen, heard, and being tended to.
From dating and pre-marital counseling, to couples therapy throughout any life phase or stage together, our couples therapists are an incredibly warm, welcoming and skilled group of clinicians with extensive training, experience and expertise working specifically with couples to support and help you wherever you may be in your relationship.
There are a number of reasons why couples seek therapy and they often include one of the following:

Our approach
While each therapist has their own, unique and individual style of therapy, the couples therapists at Tend all incorporate an emotionally-focused, strengths-based, pragmatic and practical approach with couples to get to the heart of what’s going on and uncover some of the deeper issues that could be preventing you and your partner from moving forward.
Our couples therapists incorporate their training and experience with the Gottman Method, family systems and marriage and family therapy, mindfulness and awareness, trauma-informed, affair recovery, shame and vulnerability research through Brené Brown, and so much more.
We will work together with you to identify your specific goals and needs for couples therapy, your wants and desires for your relationship, and navigate this path with you.
